    Extremely bad service. The bus came late by an hour and the driver was extremely rude. even their customer care spoke rudely. It is high time for neeta to improve their services and understand the importance of customers who give them business.

    guide behavior was ok but the behaviour of driver was so rude, he was not having the sense that how to talk with the guests. bus has picked me up 1 hour late. visited places were gud and they provided a gud tour in the limited time frame.
