    Traveled from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar by 5.45 AM. A long but very comfortable journey. The bus was clean. The bus did not leave at 5:45am; bus arrived at 5:45 at the starting point.

    Bus arrived 35 minutes late. there was no update. I had to make atleast 6 calls to know status. all 6 calls were not answered accurately. Fortunately i Had an ticket. The ticket checker insisted that I show an printed ticket.the bus condition was good. need to provide Cushion and blankets.
