    Bus was cancelled without informing even after 1 hr of actual time, on inquiring other bus of same service provider they were not sure about it and after insisting for long time with other bus of same service provider finally they arranged other bus

    Dont know how to talk with customer ,at times very rude, even plug point in bus was not working.

    Bus was around 2 hrs late. Staff was very rude and not willing to listen passenger request.
