It was a very bad experience. I got a call from attendant of the bus at around 8.30 asking me to be present at the boarding point immediately as bus will reach half an hour early due to no traffic. I conveyed my inability to come before 9.15 pm( which was my boarding time). But very arrogantly the attendant ( i think his name was Vinod) ordered me to be at time he was asking for stating that Vaibhav bus will not wait till 9.15 pm & disconnected the phone. I tried to call him back, but he didnt responded. I arrived at IIT Main gate Powai at around 8.55, but bus was not there till 9.20. When arrived, i asked him why h& how bus operator can ask passenger to reach before boarding time. However he & driver ( Jadhav) arrogantly asked me to get into seat with disrespect. It was very much insulting. I asked him to take the bus to police station finally.
Such type of behaviour not only humiliates passengers, but also create fear in mind, as i could not get sleep all night.
