    Me and my family had booked a ticket from mumbai to khed,our boarding pt was sion,bus was suppose to come at 10PM but it came at 11PM,Inspite of lots of call,no one was bothered to tell us the bus no,and the bus was stopped far from the mentioned pt,me and my parents has to run to catch the bus. The driver was new and assume that as if he is driving a bicycle,We reached panvel at 1 clck. We were suppose to reach khed(bahrana naka)at morning 4am,but we reached 9.30....it was worst journey ever in my life

    Its very bad journy. I booked for national transport n the bus which i found is navlaai tourist. I booked ticket in 600 Rs. But whn i reach nearr to bus at that time driver is asking with me additional 100 Rs. As baggage charge. I dndnt aware abt it. I dont hav excess luggage. Then y he taken excess money from me i dont know.
