Bus took extra passengers which set at the entrance and so the extra driver had to sit in passageway where my friend travelling with me fell and had fracture and could not enjoy the whole journey. Such extra passenger must be not allowed and instead the travels should increase the ticket rates to compensate the same. Also radio was too loud in the night and morning which was little erratic as sleeping was tough in-spite of booking a sleeper bus. suggestion is a speaker must be isntalled at the front for the driver only which does not disturb other passengers.
