            Customer Reviews

Redbus should provide more assistance still customer actually gets on the bus. Merely booking a ticket is not enough. Red bus should make sure that customer actually managed to find the bus on time.

The bus is supposed to be air conditioned.AC failed at Goregaon and was told that the broken belt will be made available at Thane & will be replaced. At Thane reaction was arrogant but since all passengers were facing hotbox and agreed they agreed to do the refund and charge for non ac bus. After reaching site was told that since tkt is booked online nothing can be done. I have updated these on the red bus site while travelling iyself and await action from RED bus concerns.
