We had booked the 6 PM bus. The bus arrived at 8 PM. The bus did not stop for any bathroom halts. The air conduction vent was broken and hence the full blown air con blew directly over the face and body through the journey. All night both passengers suffered the cold without any help. The bus should be checked for all the air con ducts and fixed or the bus should not be run. Very bad and extremely inconvenient
