    Bus was late by 1hr. Driver filled unreserved seats. It created disturbance.AC was switched off frequently. It was very disturbing journey. Reached Ganpatipule at 9.45 am .

    Pathetic bus interiors. Overcharged on redbus.in while was nearly half the price if bought directly. Bus got spoilt 15 kms before Ratnagiri and had to cover the remaining distance in a seater. Stopped for dinner at the worst possible place.the worst

    Considering road condition of Konkan region,it was a comfortable journey. As far as bus cleanliness is concerned, we found it to be satisfactory. Staff were very helpful.
