    this is to inform you that the online booking which we have done is horrible all the time the same result after confirmation and the pick up point which is mentioned the pickup man is doing the same thing Mr. ravi which is waiting for bus from 9.15 pm bus is not came and after getting confirmation by the pickup man the bus is on the way and it will be reached to the teen hath naka hotel GOKUL at that at 10.05 pm Mr Ravi called the pickup man for the bus same story the bus has came and you where not there now the bus has came to kalwa so if you have to come then take rikhsa and come to kalwa terrific but our 2nd person Mr. Chetan which was touch with pickup man was got the other bus of SWamy Travel and adjust in that in past 2 times it has been that after booking online with Red bus same thing is happened my 1 person get the bus and 2 person had not got the bus this is to inform you that we have already a contract basis shipping agent and we have to travel many times with all crew and staff to all over india in urgent basis Rajiv-9892162523

    We had a comfortable journey on Purple MTDc bus from Mumbai to Ganpatipule. It was a 2x2 semi sleeper Volvo. The bus was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only thing which needs a change is the restaurant where the bus halts for food. Tbey are not at all good hotels to have food. breaks for food. They are not very clean and

    Totally useless service by modern tourist. We reached ganpatipule by 10.45am whereas actual schedule time was 7.30am. The overall experience was horrible. I will never recommend or use this operator service.

    Pathetic service by d operator, no courtesy shown by operator to even call when he cancelled d bus.. Being a senior citizen I had to go through dis trouble..
