Very bad experience with travel canara pinto travels.
Dirty clothes, bus condition also not good & not comfortable .
There should be more stops for natural calls bus pickup from chembur at 6 pm and first halt after katraj stop at around 10.30 pm very inconvinent for ladies and senior citizen also driver did not syop even after request to do so Pl look into this seriously.
Anybody don't travel dis bus .such a worst bus service ,bus quality is very bad.bus 3.5 hrs late
This is very bad, no AC, no charging point, no proper Blanket & no Seat.
If rains bus will be flood with water. Poor maintained bus no proper energy in Bus. I would not
Meenakahi bus charged money for Mercedes bus but actually its not Mercedes and every hour they off the ac and carrying the passenger were no empty sites. No time punctuality. It's delay for 6 hour which is not expectable.
staff charged extra 500 for luggages.

The bus was delayed by 4 hours. An ac bus where the ac was not working. Totally suffocating. Got down at Panvel itself. Red bus should not tie up with these sub standard operators. This is my 2nd bad exp with red bus.
The restaurant chosen by your company is no good. Food ordered by my husband had a piece of plastic and the incident was informed to the restaurant management but there was no apology so please look into this matter because it's still part of vrl . Thank you
The website showed a departure time of 530pm from Gadag to Bombay. But i get an sms saying the bus departs at 730. The bus actually shows up at 8. This is very unacceptable. Please display proper timings in the website itself
As you are aware from ticket the passenger were 70 & 60 years respectively and were carrying 60kg of luggage (total 8 bags). But the bus didnt came to boarding point. I kept on calling the number provided neither they reeived nor talked to me. Finally after an hour they said the bus has left the boarding point so catch another bus from same travels and they will drop you to the booked bus. They did the same but senior citizen changing the luggage twice is not expectable. Also the bus was punctured twice and reached 3 hours late than scheduled time.
