i had booked ticket dor a birth which was second last but when i boarded the bus i was made to sit and travel on last birth and the person who was collecting ticket told me that redbus had made mistake and when i contacted redbus their line were so busy that i had no option but to travel on last birth of the bus here i want to point that it is redbus duty to see if the clients are getting the same that is shown in on their website as they are taking money from customer so it is their moral responsibility to get the things done as it was purchased from redbus website or app.
