The bus broke in middle of night. We paid 600 RS for such crappy bus and over tht staff behaviour was so rude. After waiting for 1 hour got shifted to a seating bus on last row. Such kind of attitude towards customers is not acceptable. We need our money back for whatever harrasment we received

I was instructed to change my window seat and I was assigned a different non-window seat. So I would like if u could keep the position of seats rigid and dont allow the change of seat in bus
