Mumbai, earlier known as Bombay, is the capital of the State of Maharashtra. Since most of the countries big financial institutions (like RBI, Stock Exchange and so on) is located it Mumbai, it is also considered as the financial capital of India. Mumbai is one of the most crowded cities of the country as well as the world. It ranks fifth in the list of the most densely populated cities of the world. Nonetheless, Mumbai welcomes people from all walks of life irrespective of their backgrounds. The British developed what was a cluster of seven islands into the bustling city called Mumbai. It was also under the British rule that the place attained importance and further developed into a major financial and commercial hub of the country. Now, Mumbai is often called the City that never sleeps, owing to the commercial and financial activities that the city witnesses even during the night times.
Worst booking ever if there were options to rate negative I would have rated negative. First of all they postponed my actual booking from 6 to 9 and then the bus breaks down at 200 kms and makes the passengers wait for more than 7 hrs on the middle of the road and the travel starts at 8 in the morning which was actually the scheduled arrival and then it stops once again after 150kms to change the tyres which got punchered and last but never the least the behaviour of the staff was just pathetic and ridiculous. I dont think that they are even eligible to drive or assist these kind of "multi axle Volvo" busses so I think guys like these (Ramesh and Mahesh) should be fired immediately for their pathetic behaviour and usage of their language. So all in all it was one of the worst journey ever. Red bus has its own reputation and I think they should take immediate action regarding this matter at the earliest. The bus was almost 15 hrs late so I hope u should discontinue your tie ups with operators like "seabird" I expect to get an immideate response regarding this concern.
They dont maintain punctuality only looks for luggage.
The bus broke down before Belgaum. The TV provided for my seat was not working. Neither were the electric points working.
The bus quality was bad. The ACs were too strong, could not be turned away. Blanket was more of a towel than a full blanket. Staff was rude when requested for another blanket. Seats did not have foot rest so common these days for long haul buses. Bus was running late by more than 1 hour.
