The bus which was booked i.e SRS Travels cancelled its scheduled bus quoting some repair work on the day of journey which is absolutely not acceptable. They had accomodated on a different bus which was 3hrs before my schedule of tr . I think this strategy is adopted to lure more passengers & fill the unreserved seats (on the last row) of other buses which are running on the same days. This methodology of luring the travellers should be avoided henceforth. Most funny & height of business relationship by the RED BUS.COM with their transport companies is that RED BUS.COM was completely not aware what has happened for this scheduled bus and most funny is they kept sending messages that the bus is on schedule & so on...

This was the one of the worst journey I have ever made. Bus arrived 2hr 15 min late. Break time is good but the hotels are very bad.

This was one of the worst travel experience. Bus got delayed by 2 hours, operator dint bother to inform us. When checked with the operator they always informed that bus will reach in few minutes, only after 1 hour they told us that bus will further get delayed by 1 hour. Finally they managed another bus to take us from Kandivali to andheri n there their bus was standing. It also got delayed in reaching the destination by 4 hours

I had booked semi sleeper 7:15pm bus from Vashi. When enquirer he said the bus will come at 8.. Eventually someone called at 8:40pm and told semi sleeper bus is cancelled and I was accommodated into sleeper bus last seats. I had my 57yr old mother traveling with me. Bus came at almost 9pm. The whole we were tossed up and down a bumpy ride. And the bus was supposed to reach Davangere our destination at 7:30am but it reached at 10am ! Very bad experience ! Seabird travels sucks !
