So called Seabird management should be ashamed of the service provided yesterday and on another (15 days back). They think they are giving free travelling to us or in the lower rates, so they consider the travelers as the beggars to wait for 3 hours (6pm to 9 pm) or to come 2 hour early (7.30 pm instaed of 9.15 pm)for the pick up point. Instead of rectifying their faults, they blame redbus site claiming wrong timings have been provided to us. Irresponsible Seabird as a whole as in the head office also they misguide us. Very horrible experience. I cannot use some words as it is a public forum to praise these people. Never ever book this bus to save 200 or 300 bugs and travel extra 3-4 hours with them. So go with the known travel buses though they are costly, but they are responsible and kind people. We think of saving money and encouraging growing travels, but its their fate that they provide such a service that me and my family (wife and 3 year-old kid) were starving at the pick up point which is a signal and no shelter in case of rains which happened to us yesterday. Everyone will not have cars for dropping and for shelter in case of rains that too in Mumbai. I could not sleep until my wife and kid reached home. Bus staff even started arguing with the Mumbai police. That 3 hours waiting frustration and arguments with Seabird.....Never ever go for them. I don't have time otherwise I would have explained each and every bit of the thing happened to us. They made us to use literally abusing words during the argument. Redbus take care of them or else you have to shut down because of such people as I have cancelled a ticket to the same destination with the another Traveler booked from your site. I hope you people understand.
