Bus was looking good from outside but was worst dirty from inside. Also extra passengers I. E. Without booking passengers were given place to sleep and sit in the passage. The ticket was booked for my spiritual Guru, who gave me such feedback and am feeling really ashamed. Would need compensation for the same. Truely

It was a good experience to travel with VRL this time. (Usually faced arrogant staff) Due to traffic before Vashi and at CBD, bus was late but Driver tried his best to reach destination in time (unfortunately we couldnt it acceptable once or twice)
