Redbus is fraud in providing bus service and your agencies are just too much.I tell u about it. I traveled by Hans Travels. First, it charged for sleeper bus for the whole journey but they provided sleeper only upto Indore and remaining by sitting. We had a baby of about One year and she was crying because of sitting seat. Second, Your sitting bus left us in half way on a food court.Third, We just caught a chartered bus going behind and asked your driver to wait just for 5 min. but he refused and I had to pay full fare for two persons from Ujjain to Bhopal. Fourth, when the bus was visible I asked d driver to stop so that I could take my luggage and board d train at Bhopal jn. he refused and run d bus to ISBT and got my luggage from there. I came back to Bhopal jn. with d luggage, my wife and a small baby. How much difficulty I faced you imagine if u put yourself at my place.
Horrible bus condition, the driving was specially bad and there were a few very risky turns. Worst part was the changes in course without any prior information, the bus made inways to certain places like Nasik, in order to get more passengers keeping no regard towards punctuality. We reached 2 and a half hours late.
Bus quality is not bad but timing is 2 hours lost for my important meeting lost and very bed.
A stop over at a better hotel would have helped. They stop at cheap hotels with stinking bathrooms. Women arent comfortable using them at all.
