      Customer Reviews

worst trip.. bus delayed by 3 hours in beginning.. gangapur to Bhilwara.. they made us travel with passenger bus.. worst

      1. Bus I booked was shrinath, but at the time of departure I got to know that it is different and some surana travels. 2. No intimation when is bus coming to pick-up, what is bus no, no responsibility at all. at least one should sms or call about that. 3. Stop timing between the journey is worst, as at 4.30am bus stopped some where and after that no stoppage. even when asked to stop they stopped in the mid of highway and said we already stopped earlier. 4. No proper stoppage for morning tea, breakfast and bus reaches the destination at 11.45am. 5. We cannot expect other facilities like, cleanness, no-smoking in bus etc. Overall - Pleas keep away from this bus.

Need improvement in every aspect. And I suggest one toilet to be made in bus, Thank you

No charging connection in bus. No neatness. During cold you should provide blanket to sleeper passenger. Someone smoke in Bus.
