This is the first & the last time I am using Redbus to book tickets. I booked a ticket for my father aged 66 years from Mumbai to Bhavnagar, date of journey 21st Oct 2015. As per the ticket issued, the seat number given to me was 14. However, when my father reached at the boarding point (Borivali National Park), to his surprise seat number 14 is given to someone else. When I called the Redbus helpline number and speak to the customer service representative, she is clueless of what needs to be done. I had blocked seat number 14 because my father is a senior citizen and he needs to be comfortable during the 16 hour journey. The bus operator says that we cannot do anything about this. I have paid INR 900 for seat number 14 and I need a refund because you have cheated a customer by not giving what you promised. Hope you will take prompt action on this & give me a resolution.
