Hello team, I am a Quality consultant for hospitals.Actually i dint board the bus. Being very new to mumbai. I asked the bus driver for the exact time of bus departure. actually i was near the chembur stop. He told that it will reach by next 20 minutes. Instead of repeatedly telling the driver am behind or near to the stop( my wife standing in the stop with the lugguages) i told the situation to the driver. he din understand. he told that come to kalamboli mcdonald stop. then i took a taxi from chembur to kalamboli while arriving kalamboli i called to the driver. he told that come to pune " i will the stop the bus for U" This is not fare... Not at all fare... Then i took JeePEE Volvo sleeper and reach banglore. I will report to the concerned departments and social media..I dont need your refund and am not asking for that. do not pick middle seats on the lower bunk. its extremely noisy due to the shaft and smoky. beds are very small.
Bus services are goog but Terible noise is comming from window not able to sleep properly the damage window should repair.
Bus was late and slow.seats were not comfortable. For dinner they should stop at good veg hotel.
