very bad bus seat and staff behaviour also not good. every passenger get problem. bus not clean
This service can be improved by using a better bus, introducing a Volvo or Benz on Mumbai-Amreli route would be great.
This bus choose route depending upon no of passengers so at mid night they forced me to change bus or reach amreli @2PM
Overall good experience. in amenities it was not shown charging facility even though it was provided in bus,
The quality of the seat was not good. there was a lot of dust in the seat and the window was not opening from one end of the seat. The seat should be neat and clean so that a person can sleep peacefully.
If additionaly the drinking water will be provided then it would be an advantage for traveller.
The charger was not working in the bus And the bus takes so much stops in middle which it stucks so please fix it

the light inside the cabin did not work, and the staff refused to turn on the mobile charger throughout the trip....if u value these added services, look for another bus service
charging point was not working properly..... but, overall good experience
The dinner halt should be at a better place.
