The bus did not stop at pickup point (i.e. Kharghar) & we were forced to go to next stop to board the bus. On questioning the driver/attendant, we were told that they follow instructions given by their HO. The behavior was very rude and arrogant. The bus window locks were not functional & glass was opening due to vibrations. The curtain rail fallen down. The bus departed late by half an hour. During onward journey, the driver kept on picking passengers and parcels from any location till all berths and driver cabin was full. It delayed the bus timing further. Very bad service.
Apart from above drivers stopped at unwanted places and wasted time. AC vents were broken. Also blankets and water were not provided by the people. That caused me to bad health and affect my work.
Time of my boarding was 5.15. I was waiting at Yogi hotel. Bus came around 6.20. Another issue is with bus taking route via Pune. It takes too much time. I hope, you will find a way out through this.
Travel was good .. But was expecting a volvo bus and got a bit dissatisfied on finding a semi luxary as the roads in vidarbh is not in good condition
