Sir, The journey was not at at all comfortable and enjoyable.Firstly the bus came one hour 15 minutes late at boarding point and reached 3and half our late at destination. The ac system stopped working for nearly the last 6 hours of journey with no fans working and no air was passing at the rear because there were no windows available. with hot temperature outside it was very suffocating and very tiring journey till the end.i have decided not to travel with this tour operator in future as they do not care for passenger time and comfort but charge hefty fare for the journey Thanks c.s mahajan
