My journey was good n comfortable. But I had mentioned my boarding point as Gokul hotel n I was waiting there with 3 bags. At the time of boarding I was told by the attendant to cross the road n board the bus from opposite lane. I had to face lot of trouble to transfer the luggage as I was travelling alone with 3 luggage. Please plan accordingly for further passengers . And change boarding point while booking.
