No contact answered my calls. I was trying to get information during night hours. bus details only came 10 minutes before bus time. Pick spot said Neeta Main office, that was complete crap. It would have been much easier to say National Park Borivali, instead of Neeta Main office. That was very misleading

It was very bad experience. While going and returning we did not get bus for which we booked for. We were made to board in Vithalla travels while going and in Dolphin while returning. Returning experience was very very bad. We were suppose to take bus at 12.15. We reached the spot around 12.00 noon. Till 1.30 there was no bus. I called four times to the concerned people they did not respond. Finally they told us to sit in Dolphin travel bus. This bus was roaming around in Shirdi for one more hour in search of passenger. They told us they will drop at Bhandup station at the time of Boarding but they drop at Aravli at very bad spot. We felt like being cheated.
