I dont usually give feedback but this horrible trip need to be mentioned. While boarding the Mumbai to Shirdi bus, I got to know there werent any seat for me. Seat no 22 that I booked from your app seems not to exist at all. Was forced to sit in a front seat uncomfortably. Now get this the return journey had its own perk. Booked for a sleeper seat for 600 bucks and due to an accident while on the road, we were shifted to seated volvo. Just great. You should look into these things, its not appealing for the site.
