Bus was good but still i would like to raise few concerns which for me, being a passenger, was really bad. Please find below the same: 1. I had booked my seat 4 days before my journey date, still my seat was given to someone else. When this issue was brought to notice of the concerned person, i was allotted a different seat rather than the one i had booked. You should know that when a person books a certain seat, there must be a reason behind that. 2. Initially the bus was 45 mins late, a message stating the same was delivered in time so no issue. But eventually the bus came about 1:30 hour late. When the driver was called, the response was not at all good.
The bus should not stop frequently for reasons other than boarding passengers. I have seen the staff loading goods from other vendors and accepting money from them which is a threat to the safety of the passengers. This has happen more than once already. Please make sure that this is dealt with.
