    The ac vent was dripping water all the way. Fine apart from that.

    The bus was late, got a call to hurry up and reach boarding site, we were 10 minutes early, but kept getting calls to hurry up. Reached early and no bus. Were made to get into another bus that took us to a different spot and then got into the bus that would take us to Panchgani. Started an hour late.

    Received no SMS about bus arrival and bus came 2 hours late.

    Its very bad experience about departure timing, if you given 8:15 time then bus came on 9:15 pm & always we co-ordinate the same with driver for when coming the bus.
