Very pathetic bus service. Never will book bus through Krsna Travels. Users please avoid this bus service. Bus Driver / Conductor did not had my contact details or booking details, neither was he sure that I will be boarding the bus. There was a bus from Krsna at thane and I had to check with them if this is the bus by which they will take me to Mahabaleshwar. They assured me that another bus will pick us from Vashi and asked us to board the bus which had arrived at Thane. At Vashi junction, we got into another bus - whose conductor also did not had our contact details or booking details and asked us to go in the initial bus. Finally we got our sleeper seats which were in pathetic condition and bed was full of dusts and and sand granules and not in any way in a condition in which you can sleep. The travel time was horrible. Only if we had not made prior bookings in hotel and we were not travelling at midnight, I would have preferred to get down from bus and head towards home. Please avoid booking bus through KRSNA Travels. Note for Red Bus: If you dont keep the check on travel agencies you are likely to head Uber way very soon.
