    I was told we will reach by 7 am in the morning at junagadh. We were 3 hours late. Driver intentionally stopped the bus to take road side passengers.

    Bus quality needs improvement. Floor was not properly cleaned.Windows were not opening fully & had no locks. However bus was punctual in timimngs.

    I was suppose to reach junagath by 8 30 and I have reached there by 12 00 clock, my friend is also with me in bus, he had missed his train from rajkot to porbandar due to this, even though bus depart on time and there is no rain also, when we entered in bus, I had ask staff by what time we reached rajkot, he said apprx 9 00 am, I replied but time given to us is 5 30, he replied "online book karoge to aesa hi hoga"
