The bus initially came late & then the driver was stopping every where throughout the night & delayed us to the final destination by 03+ hours.

Bus didnt stop at the pick up point. I could have missed the bus. And on top of that, the Bus conductor picked up the fight with me.

even though bus departed in time , it reached hubli late at about 8 AM ( Scheduled time was 5.45 am ). The quality of bus is not very good and least expected from VRL which is a bigname hold in transport. They should try to improvise the quality, even minor operators like srs, southern are providing good quality of bus.

I have travelled in the worst state transport buses but This one tops the list. The bus arrived 1 hr late to pick up and the attended gave a good news that AC aint working. And said we have to adjust till pune in the AC sleeper bus without AC. They confirmed that one bus is ready at pune for taking us from pune to hubli. I suggested them to send the bus towards Mumbai so that on the half way between Mumbai pune we can shift buses. They didnt care I continously called many people and each one would say we are on job but nothing happened. After some time no one responds to calls. The driver reached pune at 3 am. Whooping 5 hrs from Mumbai to pune without AC. I just felt like a grilled chicken. My 9 month old baby had a very hard time and couldnt sleep at all. At 3 we shifted to new bus and reached 4hrs late to destination.
