    Please remove Sanjay Tours and Travels/National Travels from red bus..Very bad service departure time 10:20PM and bus always comes late after 12AM at Thane. Also whenever bus cancel there agent will call same day before 1-2 hours.. Very Bad Service..

    Bus quality was pathetic. I made the booking in the name of Dolfin bus travels got a different bus "GUPTA" with almost stinking/bad conditioned bus. Bus tyre got malfunctioned near malegaon & then it took more than 2 hrs to get that replaced. You must put Bus pics/interior on your app/website so that travellers dont get misleading information. @the boadring point itself the reporting time was 9:25 pm but Bus reached very late arround 11pm put some practical waiting time. Overall experience is bad.

    Bus is new and quality, cleanliness is maintained. Charging points are there but they arnt working. Bus was 30mins late to pick up me at Chembur.

    Landmark mentioned was wrong.It should be near konduskar or ICICI bank.Bus was 1 hr late but no advance information received by staff.
