Hi had booked ticket from mumbai to davangere for seabird travels, Just an hour before I got a call that due to some issues they have arranged a different bus till pune and from pune they will provide seabird Volvo , last moment before departing I had no other option and I agreed, after reaching pune around 12:15 all passengers were asked to halt down on highway and was told that our bus will b coming in few mins, again after waiting for an hour in midnight on highway near katraj, there was no news of our bus, again later we were informed that we need to travel till satara by other bus which they have arranged, helplessly all other passengers agreed according to situation, after reaching satara @ 4 am, we were asked to wait on highway for our actual seabird Volvo bus,but all passengers decided not to vacate the bus until our bus arrives. Again clueless and any information of seabird Volvo we waited around for 2 hours on highway near satara. Again we pulled back towards pune for 30 kms on an highway hotel names Ashirwad palace, our bags were thrown out of the bus and the bus left us in an abnormal situation, whether any bus was coming to pick us or not. All passengers decided for a police complaint and registered a complaint on seabird for fraud and total negligence of passengers. After 4 hours of harassment a police official came to our place and called the seabird office in mumbai and helped us to get a bus to proceed our journey. I reached 10 hours late to my destination, missed my work, my family was in deep tension, It was the worst journey in my life, I wanted to log an police complaint against seabird travels for harassing passengers. For my advise plz Redbus stop booking tickets for seabird travels. One of my worst journey. Please Redbus look into matter,I have already called and informed about the matter on 26 April around 8:30 am, but couldnt receive any kind of help from your call support team. I want to blacklist the seabird travels. Waiting for your reply Amith jain 9886670803
