            Customer Reviews

Its departure time was 8.05 pm & it departed @ 10.25 pm Online seat allotted was 6 window, then they changed it as per their convenience. Worst experience ever.

Very nice experience to travel in redBus.

Shivneri should have been my choice. Bus took 7 hours to reach from Mumbai to Pune. Please avoid Neeta Volvo through RED BUS

I made a booking for Volvo bus but they said only a tempo traveler is going this time so you have to go in that only. Moreover the bus was schedule to start at 10.10 Am but it started at 11.20 AM

not punctual.....given time at pune Is 00.10AM...and Reach At Pune 02.30AM

service was very poor, in app showing a pune station bus stand but the tours services will not drop u on this stop..

This was one of the worst service i ever experence. I will in furure never book red bas and asked any body to use red bas. I would have given 0 rating but it is not in the list.

It was a pleasant, comfortable journey.

Extremely bad and disgusting. It was a 5.30 pm bus which started at 7.30 pm. Very bad experience.

Worst service provided, Initially they sent with one of oldest bus till Sion and later they sent with worst vehicle.

worst experience. smelly bus, late by 1 hrs.

changed my booked seats for no reason and sent me and my co-passenger to the back of the bus. Not recommended!

about 1 hrs late for departure time as well as boarding time

Nita valvo is very cheep and bad bus service, not maintain commitment.

Neeta is a fraud. D ticket I booked ws fr kothrud.Wen i reachd pick up pt operater told me the bus vl leave shivajingr.

A pick up bus, which was half an hour late, takes you to the actual bus.

Very dissatisfied withthe service. Reach Dadar station by 6am mybus was scheduled to leave at 6:25am but it departed at 8:00am. Didn't expect so much delay. And adding to this I had booked ticket upto Pune Station and the bus driver dropped us at Swargate....stating," sahab hum yaha tak hi ata hai".

This is worst travelling ....travels is too late to arrive and dropped also...

I will never travle or will refer anyone for Redbus as the schedule time was 4.30 pm and the bus was late and departed at 6.30 pm. I was 2 hours late to reach to the destination.

The bus departed at 9:45am (Schedule time was 9:20am) after which it took so many halts to fill up the seats..the bus actually reached Panvel at 11:15 am..the arrival at Pune was mentioned 12:30pm reason I booked..but then I reached at 2:30pm (also there was traffic on Expressway) My meeting was delayed and work pushed forward..because of which my return journey had to be cancelled which was at 7:30pm (Train booking) so that my work was completed because of the delay.. So I incurred a good loss of time and money ! Sad experience..

Bus not maintained at all. Television not working. I reached my destination 2 hours late. Not satisfied at all.

Firstly bus was late for 1.5hr, secondly staff was not cooperating whenever asked was just being told that coming in 5 min and we give boarding time of early because traveler come late.... idiotic excuse

I booked volvo bus and got a tempo traveller instead and the driver said there is no bus available. This is ridiculous

While travelling between Mumbai and Pune, one thing that matters the most is the time, on which neeta travels didn't pay much attention and started 1 hour late. After reaching at the dadar location(which according to them was the only pickup point) I came to know that the main bus is standing at Sion and we travelled there in a small bus which again was time consuming. Apart from. The only good thing which I found was the bus quality. Apart from that everything was irritating. the only

The actual bus didn't come on time they managed with some other bus

strange way of handling passengers in dadar !!!

Overall a good travel. Very punctual with respect to time. Also gave a 10 min break at Lonavala Wayside Cafe. A good experience overall.

Worst experience I faced ever. I bus doesn't start from given boarding point and also not punctual. late for 3 hours.

Hi Team, I had booked a ticket of neeta Volvo bus but I was asked to sit in neeta non stop executive(tempo traveller) .there was hardly any cooling in that bus and after asking others I came across that ticket was of 250 rs of that bus where I had paid 400 rs for the same. Highly disappointed.

Bus was very late...never was on time...Basically it's an evening trip and it should not wait for dinner...Even it stops for snacks, it should not cross more than 15 mins. It stopped more than 45 mins. Moreover staffs are looking for more passengers in-between stops and bus was running just like a local bus. Even when some passengers got down at Lonavala, they stopped for long to get replacement passengers.

The worst Travel providers. Don't care about the passengers time and urgency. Waste a lot of time in sorting booking issues... Halting every half an hour for half an hour. It was frustrating and very disappointing. Not going to travel by neeta if I care about my time.

Fist of all the bus was cancelled due to some issue. Therefore we have to wait for 45 min. Later they escorted us to bus which was is in very poor condition. The main thing is I booked ticket for volvo multiaxel but the bus was regular one. And the A/c was not functioning well.

It was very bad experience. Bus was late by almost 1 hour and also didn't got the seat which I had booked.

Hi, Thanks for your mail. I was about to write a mail to Neeta Volvo travel agency an redbus too. Well few things to highlight as follows. This may help you to get an idea whats going on. I was charged 500 rupees for carrying three 1foot / 1foot cartons. It was all household stuffs that i was carrying like utensils and clothes and all but it was in a brown box so the parcel manager told its a rule. Too expensive for below 15kgs. The octroi charges are not that much am sure. My question is why the neeta volvo customer care has no idea about parcel charges when i called them and also the website has no topic related to it. Some good things i noticed. The entire bus was buzzing like a bmc bus. Conductor was polite and driver drove smoothly. Thanks, Vishal Milwani

It's very bad many people booked sheet online but they did not get their own sheets.

Redbus showed 3:30 hours of journey. He took more than 6 hours. Picked up local passengers who were standing in the bus. Bus was overfull and he was stopping in every local stop to pick up and drop customers. Highly frustrating and I missed the function I had to reach for my sisters wedding. I will never book by Redbus again. Not in Neeta travels too.

the bus didn't start from dadar & had to run to sion. N the bus broke down on the way & had to wait for 2 hr for another

the bus was around an hour late and the AC was cooling too much then needed.

As u guys promised to give the charging point on the bus, but actually the charging point wasn't working when I complaint they said that's how it is, I paid 400+ rupees for the ride, but actually I paid 300 rs for sharing cab, wherecab cab

There is no management between them. I didn't got the seat which I booked and I got the last seat and the staff was like just get the seat which you are getting or else you can get down the bus. There was no direct bus from Dadar. They took us to the Sion in a pickup bus and then there was a direct bus for Pune. That's why seat preference was given to the Sion Passengers and the remaining seats were given to the Passengers from Dadar

late by 45 min, AC not working properly

the journey was quite discusting the bus is departed almost 5 hrs late . Ac was not working asy face was swetting all the way Moreover the bus did not tale us to the destination point (swargate or pune station) and stopped at kothrud no pickup van .. And the staff was like we will not drop you to swarge,Do whatever you want Such a bad experience NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE [NEETA TRAVELS]

Dropped of much before Swargate, very poor staff, no explanation, suddenly its last stop around 6km short

The original bus which I paid for was cancelled and without informing we were asked to go in a different bus. When asked the guys eye rude and told ppl they weren't doing a favour by travelling in their bus.pathetic

We paid the price for a volvo but we were made to wait at the bus stop for nearly an hour and then provided us a traveller bus at the cost of a luxury volvo. This was my first travel with Neeta and it proved out to be a horrible experience.

Dont travel, fake Neeta travels.Bus was changed without notice.I was made to seat in a tempo traveller instead of Volvo.

Punctuality is worst. Please improve it at priority. Seats are stinking. Not at all satisfied this time.

Very worst and my frnd book neeta volvo and they provide us traveller van which is worst. The timing for departure from mumbai is 6:40 pm. And travels actual departs at 8:00 pm.

The bus scheduled to depart at 7.35 a.m. departed at 8.05 a.m. even after a lot of shouting by the passengers. Mr. Patel, et al were trying to lure customers from everywhere in Dadar wasting our precious time and upsetting all work schedules in Pune. The Bus was also a Mini Bus having very uncomfortable seats. The width / length of the seat was very less and the legroom was also in sufficient.

A horrible experience... bus btoke down in lonavala... had to take a cab to go to mumbai... they didnt give the seat they were supposed to... the negatives go on and on... horrible service
