Worst service by Neeta. We booked A/C sleeper tickets from Mumbai to Aurangabad but on travel night got call from bus attendant saying we will be taken in a A/C sitting bus instead of sleeper bus till Lonavala. At Lonavala, they changed bus to what actually we booked i.e. A/C sleeper. Bus was late but by 30 minutes in Mumbai itself and one hour wasted at Lonavala for waiting and changing bus.
