1. There is no Boarding point in Mondaymarket where as the boarding was booked in mondaymarket through redbus.
2.The staff was very rude that they say they are not responsible for this. only redbus is responsible.They didn't even wait for few mts to the next boarding point.
3.Made everything worse, Useless service from redbus and the operator.
4.Even redbus is not bothered to take calls in peak hours and in emergencies.
