I had booked bus ticket from Mapusa(Go a) to Pune(Laxmi Narayan Talkies) from Red bus App on 9th Feb 2017. My Journey timing was 11.15 Am to 9.00 Pm on 10th Feb 2017. Timing which I have mentioned as per email received from Red bus after bus ticket was booked.
My Bus timing of departure was 11.15 Am. I was trying to reach on mentioned number 08322228858, 08322222072, 08326641207 as this was mentioned for your help on ticket but no one was helpful and answering the calls. If call is answered they repeatedly keep on saying us to callback after 10mins but none of them was able to provide us bus number. At last bus arrived at mapusa petrol pump driver was not allowing to enter the bus. I had shown my booking message then also at last I called mahavat travels given call to driver then he allowed to enter in bus. There was no communication between Mahavat travel and driver. Driver was not having list of passenger booking seat. when I asked for my seat number he said sit anywhere. When I replied I have done booking for seat no 5,6 for upper side sleeper in reply he said wait outside in sun he will be back from panjim. I have not seen such kind of worst and horrible service in my entire life. Bus number GJ 03 BT 5692. After paying Rs 1150/- we getting such kind of treatment. Bus was horrible and I'm attaching few photos for your reference also let us know are we paying money for such kind horrible services. Bus condition you will get to know once you see my photos clicked by me and curtains were too muddy.Bus was almost delayed by 3.45 Hrs.I have reached Pune at 12.45 Am. I will suggest not to go for red bus for any kind booking.please look into this I need compensation of such kind harassment. Can some one look into this. Please don't send me sorry or inconvenience, apologies mails.I will wait for your reply if it is not satisfactory then I have to think about it.
