They abruptly cancelled the bus I had booked. they gave me seats in a bus which in late night.Staff was rude.horrible.
this is the very bad experience
but was not on time
staff behaved like dogs
they used to pick non local passengers
Bus broke down in Ankola at around 2AM, it stopped there and then they made arrangements to get into another bus (Durgamba) and then after around 30KM another Sugama bus was waiting to take us, but some of us continued traveling in Durgamba.
Best as ever! The service now includes wifi on board... Just exciting....
The bus was brand new and there were many extra features like personal night lamps, backseat support for prolonged sitting etc. Experience was good with Sugama. Thanks.

I would like to give zero for staff behavior. Even though bus was good but staff were not serious about their work. I booked 1st row seat, they kept open cabin door for long time (more than 1-2 hrs after boarding) and there were 3-4 persons inside the cabin making lots of noise (shouting and horn). When I requested them to close the cabin door they didn't take it seriously rather they increased the volume of the music system it was even worst. After tiresome day work thought would sleep during my journey but they spoiled that. First time I booked this bus but in future I will never consider this bus for booking.
