This was the worst journey i ever had.
I was travelling by Kallada travels. The Driver was supposed to start at 8 pm and he did at 915pm. A delay of 75 min!! when asked why he lied to a passenger who boarded at the next stop that traffic in the city was bad. while actually he was on the phone for an hour from 8 to 9 pm, god knows talking to whom. Such an irresponsible behaviour.
To top this, next he is on the phone while driving!!! The roads were bad, it was raining and still carelessly he was talking on the mobile phone endlessly. This was the limit!! he is responsible for the lives of all the passengers in the bus and is being so callous about it. how can we passengers sleep peacefully if he is so irresponsible.there was a helper beside him who could have attended all his calls but that was not the case.Such mistakes are the reasons for big accidents! i confronted him and threatened to complain to the cops. so he stopped , but only for a while. When i woke up later on he was again on the phone!!!
Next They ask us to get down from the bus at cochi and board a another bus for the rest of the journey, saying this bus had some trouble. If that was the case why did they switch passengers?
Complaining to the kallada office, which i did several times, was futile. Even the red bus office didnt do much.
This experience was the worst, and we passengers suffer!
This would be the last journey by bus for sure. and i urge all you fellow passengers to not support such organisations who dont take our plight seriously and stop using their service!!!
