The travel was very comfortable and the bus driver was very cordial.
VRL offers the best service so theres no negative to speak about them
The bus was late by 30 mins. The driver was very rude. He started playing loud music in the bus. Ok repeated requests he agreed to reduce the volume. Very rash driving. Because of the and bad bus condition it was difficult to sleep. Overall bad experience.
The bus does not have space to keep luggage, lights not working and power port not working to charge mobile phones. Pillows edge are flat making difficult to sleep... Could have kept some freshners inside the bus because the smell was not that much good.. But travel Time and punctuality is good....
