      Customer Reviews

bus quality is just ok... reached in time....

Ganesh travels is always punctual and the bus is clean. Overall very good. The cleaner/attendant on the bus is sometimes very rude to people and loud

Kindly reconsider the place of stop. As the toilets are unhygienic.

Bus promptly departed as per scheduled time and arrived at the destination in time. Driving was safe. The attendant should be properly told about basic behaviour and atiquettes/manners.

Stops for toilet should be anounced. Names of the stops should be told. But otherwise staff was very helpfull with telling us when to get out.

Bus was very clean and nice but windows didn't open and close properly which was a real pain and problem for sleeping

Sir, Over all service was good. But since night traveling and traveller's are sleepy, staff should give information to traveller when they ask for...thanks T

The Bus cleaner who was in the bus was drunk was pushing when ever i get up and get down from the bus. That person was irritating for all the passenger in the bus.

Staff behaves very professional, as usual, kudos to Ganesh!!! Bus is always late by 15-20 minutes and waits unnecessarily at Udupi for 20 minutes, then rushes its way to Goa, which is not advisable. Bus quality should be maintained, it breaks down every month, as I am aware of this fact as I travel every week.

Bus was late by 2 and half hrs. You need to know malayalam to coordinate as staff can understand only malayalam.

The Bus was not clean, pickup point was on roadside at random locations where there was no access to toilet or luggage storage. There was no stoppage for toilet break. The staff could not speak Hindi, English or Kannada. I would never take a bus again nor I would advise anyone to take a bus ride.

this bus is suitable to carry animals

i travel from mangalore to goa by paulo travels sleeper coach.the following negatives are must be known by all customer.... 1.bus didnt start the journey at the given dept time. 2.the bus was very dirty and smelling awful.. 3.the staff was a bunch of drunkard and noisy throughout the journey using slangs and abusive languages.

The bus seatw were in bad shape and need to be repaired

no curtain on window . luggage carrier was too small compared to other sleeper buses

carry blanket with you. they charge for blanket heavily

carry a blanket..they crank up the ac full blast in the middle of the night and they dont even give a blanket or a bedsheet. They make you sit on random seats.
