While booking no one inform me there will a change in Bus in Bangalore, moreover the seats allotted for me 11,12 & 13. But your staff ask me to shift my daughters seat to the front raw. That was not acceptable fofor meme. The way h

Journey from Mangalore to Bng went ok. But getting connected to Chennai bus took time as the staff did not have info. But certain good people put us on the TT to Gandhinagar where we took the bus to Chennai. We were there for over two hours in transit before the bus left BNG.

Alerting all passengers that this is a link bus. Bus will travel from Mangalore to bangalore. Once reached at bangalore at 10:30, there will be another bus at 11:30 from kalasipalayam to drop in chennai. These are not informed to passengers before travel. Also, passengers are asked to sit in any first-come-first-serve basis. So no point in blocking seat. The bus helper is not helpful either. They do not provide bag/ water. The trip from Mangalore to bangalore was OK. You will not have sensation to vomit. But from Bangalore to Chennai, the bus driver had some grudge or something. My spine felt every crack on the road. I suggest not to book this bus unless there is no other way. Cost was INR 1608. SRS booking agents or officials are least helpful.
