Firstly Redbus gave a customer care number which was a mobile phone no!! Guess what? When I called up it says it was switched off! That was when I was looking for my bus which didnt arrive even after 1 hour+ at the boarding point!
The bus charged me 4 times the ticket cost to Belgaum...normal charge is 600 (Mangalore to Belgaum)...I paid 2400.
The bus arrived late...more than an hour late at the designated pick spot, when I got hold of their office number...they spoke rudely and asked me when I had booked and blah blah....Redbus are you listening?....quality was not upto the mark....the staff average...they actually dropped me at a spot at mid-night which was not wat I had requested for.
Overall an extremely pathetic experience with redbus & Canara Pinto...which I would never travel with. I pay 4 times the ticket price and this is what I got!
