I felt very difficult in dropping point. I have booked ticket for dropping at Domblur. I have forced to drop at HAL due to the drivers statement that the bus will not go to Doblur. As a Lady and New to Bangalore I felt very inconvenience in this regard. Hence please drop the dropping point in the net while booking, if it is not Actually in the bus route.

Cockroaches were seen in the sleeper bus under the matteres and stopping for refreshments and washroom done at a very unheygnic place. The place where it stopped during overnight journey did not have toilets and passengers were seen reliving in open area defeating the Clean India Campaign.
