Mandavi staff fine.bus change at gandhidham was painful due to two reasons. Halt of 75 minutes OK but after arrival of Jamnagar bus, halt in non AC bus for one hour was painful in hot weather. Bus halted half hour at petrol
Bus condition was ok but it took nearly 2.5 hrs more than normal time for journey. Too many stops.
patel tours & travels are among the best bus operator in Gujarat infect my 1st preference .
few area of improvement points:-
1. Toilet facilities at all PTT's offices.
2. stop taking local public in between the journey.
The bus was not the same which we had booked. We got a different bus upto Gandidham. After 2 hours we had to change the bus for Jamnagar at 11 pm in the night with my children sleeping. It was a bad experience. This was not mentioned in the in the website. Nobody helped to change the luggage and staff was arrogant. I would never recommend Royal express to anyone. The have no proper place to keep the luggage and you have to keep on your seat.
Ticket is same as other travels but you get mineral water & frooti. Seats were also good.
