GPS was not working for the bus to track bus location. Blankets were not provided. Seats were dirty.

      30-Apr-2016

The bus was in good condition but not well maintained. The sits were not even checked after last journey and had food spilled all over the bedsheets, the curtains were smelling like hell. The bottles and all were kept in the trolley on the sit like that only. Staff didnt even pay attention to the queries of where we wanted to get down.

      03-Apr-2016

bed sheet was not cleaned. I think it was not cleaned for last 1 month. hence ambience is bad.

      18-Jun-2015

The seats of the Bus were fully filled with Dust ... even if we inhale one can feel the heaviness in the air due to Dust particles. if this was seat condition, then one can understand what would be the quality of Air coming out of air-conditioner. When this was brought to the notice of the staff they refused to accept the fact. simple solution to this - good vacuum cleaning was required ...hope this is taken care of. Thanks
