      Customer Reviews

The bus, inspite starting on time, halted at another stop for almost an hour since to get filled up. For a travel of 2 hours, waiting one hour is just ridiculous. Also, the AC was not working properly. Worst experience.

Ac failure after 10 mins of travel. We delayed 2 hrs really a worst experience ever.... Hence we Will not prefer redbus

I really regret booking for my travel in this bus. The passengers were asked to pay 300 bucks from madurai to trichy whereas the online payment which i made is for 666 bucks and the main thing is it's not a Volvo.. The bus got punctured 65kms before trichy and these guys dint have a tool box and even stepney. We had to wait for more than 1 hr to resume our travel.. Worst service ever. Waste of money..

Fantastic experience.booked for family of four. Hassle free seamless boiling. Praveen travels bus was also luxurious. Keep it up

Behaviour with customer and punctuality are very bad. It departed only after the bus had full complement of passengers (booked and un booked passengers)

Very very Poor A/c.... Dep time was mention as 11:55 PM but bus come to madurai at 12:30 AM...
