Customer Reviews

this not a direct bus we HV to change at 4am n no seat no. we will through like a luggage in second bus

worst service. i paid for Volvo, they provided shaby ac bus. on top of that they didnt complete thr journey. worst...

bus reached tirupati very late due to unnecessary long stops at vellore for 1.5 hours. all planning gone for toss.

This bus does not have permits n breakdown in mid way, twice in this week

It was a worst experience for online shows multi axle Volvo but they provided normal AC bus...this is not a first time..if I ask to them simply say some silly time I wil choose the alternatebestanothersservice

I had booked a tickek for ac Volvo and I had been sent in a non ac bus with a refund amount of only 100 ,though I have reached only a hour late than the actual time .Non ac bus was quite comfortable but the fare is bit higj

Journey was not much happy as we expected in the bus, not reached in time in destination as mention at the time of booking, lagguage was not properly placed in baggage area, not satisfaction at ur bookings..

Mobile charger was not at all working. Blankets given are very substandard. AC control was hopeless. No stop over inbetween. Started late , reached almost 2 hrs late, without any reason. The bus was lying since 7.30 at Madurai why it started late.2 hrs loss at Chennai costed us very dearly, who will compensate. We have specifically selected Volvo push back bus paying hefty charges to ensure timely and comfortable travel, which was not at all up to expectation. RED BUS reputation is at risk.

I travelled both up and down to tirupathy. There is nothing to complain about the ride quality. However I will never use this travels again. Such a poor time management. 2 hours of delay in a premium class travel is not at all acceptable.poor poor seat allocation/reservation management. People come and fight for seats. They have allotted same seat for many people ! This fight at mid night spoiled my sleep. To make it economical they combine some routes. For instance people travelling to Coimbatore were asked to board the bus traveling to Madurai. They were made to change another bus at Bellaire at mid night. No respect for people' 's safety and convenience. I hate this kind of treatment to the core. I will never again make the mistake of booking this travels again. Goodbye.

Worst experience. They don't have permit to enter tirupathi. They shifted all passengers from this bus to apsrtc bus from Velur to Tirupathi. Staffs were so rude.

Timing changed from Madurai. But they are not informed. Actual time is 10:30pm, but in online and offline, they maintaining the time as 10pm. Tooo laaaattteeee.

bus got breakdown about 45 km outside tirupathi around at 8.30 am and we hadn't reached on time.

In timeline they mentioned starts by 10.00pm but they started at 11.00 pm(Waiting for some goods to be shipped).Once reached vellore, they put down the bus for nearly 40mins for looking up passengers in vellore bus stand to fill up their 3 empty seats. At last, they dropped me at 8.30am instead 7 a.m.Fortunately, I catch up my dharsan on time amidst late arrival. Rest things bus quality is very good.

Punctuality very bad

Overall good experience nice travel time. Airconditioning system need to be kept on for throughput travel is one comment.

There is no rest room stops during this journey.

Bus not slowly..timing not keeping

I have Travel madurai to tirupathi,Bus Travels drop all passenger in vellore and ask ours to travel in andra local bus..... verry very poor support from Rengumabal travels ...and also the changing the bus from vellore to tirupathi......Bus they mention as sleeper ...but the bus is not sleeper

Bus is good, staff is very good and bus started 1 hour delay and reached 2 hours late in destination.

Such a an Idiotic person owning this Bus. Third rated fraud. Such a worst response from him. He does not know how to speak with passengers. Don't book this Bus.

This is a connecting bus we need to get down at Vellore to get into semi sleeper bus to Tirupati, about 1 hr wasted in this transit.

Red bus should evaluate buses/travel agencies before providing the facility for online ticketing. The worst bus i have traveled one. i have never experienced such ugly buses as far as quality of bus interiors concerned.

It is a connection bus from Madurai to Vellore again from Vellore to Tirupati another bus... Too late....

There is no message regarding the transfer from one bus to another bus in Vellore. Again in the return transit, the booked bus is cancelled and no intimation either from Red Bus or from the Transport.

It was not a direct service to tirupathi . We had to change bus at vellore & we were asked to wait for nearly 1 hr 30 mins in the early hrs for the next bus to arrive.

Bus cancelled no intimation to the passenger and ticket is booked till tirupathi and they halted service at vellore . they told no tickets to tirupathi so thye asked to go in other service with out paying any thing . this is worst service ever I seen. why red bus is providing like this services. please give us the details to talk to them
