Very very Bad service, i didnt travel because bus was not available. Actually but was about to start from Madurai at 11.45pm. But passengers from madurai had been waiting up to morning 4.30 am.. Later staff from the travels announced as that bus travel has been cancelled. Almost 5 hours we waited but until none from the travels have given the response properly. Very very worst moment i faced yesterday in my life..
Staff behavior is too bad , I met accident because of drivers rash driving. He put sudden break by the time of passengers getting ready to get down, my hand was broken. Now am under treatment. But they didnt even apologized for their behavior and let us down and left without offering any first aid nor help. I was very much disappointed with their actions.
