Mobile charger point was not working in U11 / U12 sleeper coach

I felt drivers attitude very arrogant. Not at all cooperative.

The bus which was supposed to leave @ 9.30 pm, left @ 10.40 pm. The travel agent took about 37 passengers in a Mini Bus (meant to carry not more than 25 people) to a place about 3 kms away from Periyar Bus Stand. That Mini Bus did not have facility to keep luggage also. Then we were loaded into another bus meant for Aluva. Most of the AC vent did not have a controller with the result that the passengers could not adjust the flow of AC. The AC used to blow on the passengers face. None of the reading lights were functioning. The movie was kept around 11 pm and went on upto 2 AM. The sound was blasting. They were not prepared to reduce the volume. The driver switched off the AC @ 2.30 AM & 5 AM and only restarted after the passengers protested. Then so much of parcel being carried illegally that they took almost 40 minutes to unload those parcels in Thrissur. Again 10 minutes were wasted in Angamaly for unloading the parcels.

Journey was nice and smooth and departure and arrival were in time

        Awesome travel

Often referred to as the ‘Temple City’, Madurai lies on the banks of the beautiful Vagai River. It is the second largest city of Tamil Nadu and is surrounded by two main hills of the region- Nagamalai Hills and Sirumalai Hills. Madurai interestingly has the shape of a lotus which is the reason why the region is called ‘Lotus City’. Its 24x7 working culture has added another nickname to its list- “Sleepless City”. Madurai is quite well-known as a pilgrimage destination and sees many visitors during important festivals. Some of the most popular attractions in the city are Sri Meenakshi Temple, Gandhi Museum, Samanar Hills, Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal and Aayiram Kaal Mandapam.
