This is the second bus that I took using Redbus. Note that both were similar, so this doesn't mean that this is bad. I also feel that the blame for these should be on the manager/owner of these buses. The drivers and staff are just pawns.
The sheets covering the berths were quite filthy. I assume they were washed, but there were nice patches of stains. The electrical were all in bad shape, e.g., there was no cover on the night light and the exposed bulb shone really bright. None of the ac outlets work so you cannot charge your phone.
This bus had no blankets until I realized you had to pay Rs. 100 for a blanket. I think that was the cost of the blanket.
My window kept shaking and opening around an inch.
We stopped for dinner at 9 pm or so, i.e., after 2 hours. There was no other stop for the next 7 hours. If you have to go to the toilet you are out of luck.
Again, I think all these buses are the same.
If you take this bus, it's a good idea to carry some bedding.
