I would suggest to avoid Neeta buses as much as possible. I think they have started taking their passengers for granted, bus was very poorly maintained, staff hardly smile and will answer your question after asking at least 2 times, bad choice of dinner place where they stop their buses. I would strongly advise never to travel with Neeta (Naam bade aur dharshan chhotey)!!!
Bus had 5 hours breakdown just after goa border. Also, finally at pune, bus had another breakdown. Inorder to catch my forward train, we had to hire private taxi worth 4000.
I had to call multiple numbers as no text was sent with bus details... The staff was not at all helpful.... Above all departure was delayed and did not reach dadar on time...
Experience with Naik travelers is very good. Bus was on time departure from Madgaon.
