I did not have any problems in my bookings with Redbus or during the journey. The only issue which requires improvement is that I received the SMS of my Bus Number was 15 minutes after boarding the bus for my journey. Ideally the Bus Number must be SMSed to the passenger at least 1 hour before the journey commences.
