Worst experience with Naik travels to and fro Staff are very bad Worst halts at stops with no washroom for ladies Worst coordination of customer service when asked for exact location of bus number This word rating is for worst customer care and even worse staff and on top of which there was no halts or consideration for lady in need of washroom I do not want Naik or redbus anymore And would like suggest my colleagues and family too Bad experience

Very third grade travel..ever in my life I changed bus 3 times in this journey I have given complaint to customer care but no feed back or reply till date. Do not play with passengers health.
