Very Very BAD experience, i booked ticket for my mother & my small daughter and the reason we prefer booking online is so that we don't have to fight or argue for Seats n seat availability & to get seat of our choice, so I booked my ticket one day before & booked LIBRA LUXURY BUS from Ludhiana - Chandigarh (Seat Number 5,6), but to my utter surprise when we reach there and showed our Ticket than conductor and bus staff said that they are not aware of it and they didn't get message for it from their office so they sold & allotted Seat 5,6 to somebody else and when i argue with them Showing my online ticket, than they still said that they didn't get information from their office so they will adjust us to some other available seat. So i have to argue & fight a lot with them that they can't do like this and they can't give my booked seats to somebody else, to which after lot of arguments they gave us our booked seat by shifting passenger to whom they gave that seats (Though that passenger purchased ticket in Cash and just 20 minutes before bus departure). So I'm very much disappointed since what's the worth of booking online if we can't get the booked seats and if we have to still fight & argue, even after booking ticket online.
Plz make suitable arrangements with the bus services registered with you and try to improve your system so that they get information in time AND they must respect & value your online booked tickets else nobody will prefer booking tickets online.
