new bus on this route is very good.
pathetic seat and bus quality
EXTREMELY STUPID STAFF. DROPPED ME ABOUT FOUR KILOMETERS FROM MY STOP WITH NO IDEA OF HOW TO GET TO MY STOP. DO NOT USE!
Please inform accurate time for boarding. I am waiting for 1 hours.
Contacts given on website not working
Bus got cancelled just 2hour before departure, they changed my bus to Dolphin, which again is the worst as always, even the seat was changed, and the bus was 1hr 30min late.
The bus staff does not contact when arrived to boarding point. We have to ask him no. of times to confirm our bus.
windows broken, push back not working
WORST TRAVEL HOUSE!
HUMBLE REQUEST TO REDBUS TO START MORE OPERATORS FROM LONI TO MUMBAI(SLEEPER)
BROKEN WINDOWS AS USUAL, PUSH BACK NOT FUNCTIONING. CUSHION SMELLING BADLY. STAFF HELPLESS.
The bus staff was utterly rude. In spite of informing the operator well in advance that the bus would be boarded from another pick-up point, the bus went without taking the passenger onboard. Very poor service.

BUS QUALITY NOT GOOD COMPARE TO SAI-MAYA BUS OPERATOR. NOT COMFORTABLE. BLANKET NOT PROVIDED.
The journey was horrible. The Ac didn't work for most of the journey. And one hour before the journey ended.. We were asked to change buses.. I was woken up at 5.30 and asked to get into another bus as the ac wasnt working only to get into another bus also without an Ac.. So yea horrible!
Somebody from the bus misbehaved with one of the girls physically..The bus staff did not even bother to trace out the person inspite of repeated requests
The journey was very good.thanks for red bus to give us very good service.
Timliness & bus staff's courtesy was very good . It was a seamless night travel in the sleeper AC bus . Uphostery of sleeper beds could have been better , being a luxury coach . But overall , very good experience .
Worst ever ride,very dissatisfied!
Dropping points are more than what mentioned on the website...suffered 2 hours delay
Air conditioning quality of bus was very poor. Bt staff behavior was nice. Nxt time please take charges of sleeper coach only not A.C. sleepr coach.
Not punctual. The bus was late by two hours
the seat number which alloted to me had been changed wen the bus came, bcoz that seat had already been given by the travel agent to someone else....not satisfied with dolphin sitting non ac bus....
Staff very courteous and co-operative.
Seats comfortable too.
Carry your pullovers as blankets are not provided even though promised.
